Help to start replace what was lost in the fire

This morning, May 3rd there was an apartment fire in Abbotsford. My friend lost absolutely everything she owns. Although fire did not physically touch her place the unit above hers was engulfed and her unit was filled with toxic smoke and the liquid depressant fire fighters use to extinguish. She will not be granted access back to her place.

 

She is the kind of human that’s labeled mamabear immediately before even knowing she has a 2 year old son because she just takes care of people. Very caring, sweet young mom who works really hard. She’s known to her friends and co workers and someone who goes above and beyond. $5000 doesn’t begin to cover the memories lost, the special treasures gone forever…. But it’s a start.
