Help Stephanie Cross Beat Breast Cancer
Donation protected
I never thought i'd have to make something like this so please excuse me for not knowing what to say the best way.
Hi, I'm Nick and my mom is my best friend. I am who I am today because of my mom. She's the sweetest and most loving person ever to exist, I mean that's what everyone says about their mom, but I mean it. She's worked hard every single day, taken care of me my whole life, and always has cooked the most incredible food any family or friend could ever taste. My mother has given so much of her life and never has expected anything in return from anyone.
Recently she found out she's positive for TNBC (Triple-Negative Breast Cancer). A type of breast cancer that is supposedly more rare than others.
The next plan of action is for my mom to make an appointment with a surgeon/ oncologist to get a mastectomy. She will undergo chemo after planned surgery and determine if it has spread to other parts of the body or not.
The money will go towards the surgery as well as chemo afterward. Every penny helps.
I know my mom and dad are both freaking out about cost. Money is very tight for my parents and I at the moment and any donation will help. They live paycheck to paycheck and this on top of everything is too much for them.
Cancer is enough of a scare for them; I do not want them worrying about how much it will cost; I want it to be the furthest from their minds. My mom will be strong and fight, and that is all I want her to focus on
Currently, I live in Texas but my mom is all the way in south Florida. i'm going to do my best to try and go back home sooner and do what i can in person. But i feel like making this is the best thing i can do from this far away for now.
This is all very new to me, and I'm learning as it goes. I am doing my best to listen for updates but being hundreds of miles away makes this entire process much more difficult.
Any amount will help, just spreading it and sharing it will help.
No one deserves to battle cancer, and no son deserves to hear that their mom has cancer.
