Help Stephanie &her family with her final wishes

My name is Stephanie, back in September 2016 I was diagnosed with stage4 metastatic breast cancer, after 5yrs of chemotherapy ,surgeries, and time in remission, I received the worst news ever!! My body has STOPPED responding to the chemotherapy treatments (it actually got worst with the last one I tried)and my oncologist told me it was time to start making final arrangements . So, with roughly around a year or so I’m trying to plan a short notice wedding, my car needs a new exhaust system, and everything else that pops into someone’s head when they are told they have about 12months to live. Any contributions are greatly appreciated from the bottom of my heart!!
