Help Stephen Collins Recover and Perform Again

You have heard the words and spirits of Melville, Whitman, Whistler, Shakespeare and so many literary artists brought to life by my brother, Stephen Collins. I am his eldest brother, Michael, who is reaching out to you. Unfortunately, Stephen has been diagnosed with a serious but treatable heart condition that will likely require a valve replacement in the next three weeks.
We plan for a full recovery, and Stephen is extremely eager to get back to performing, teaching and being among you all again – his loyal audiences and friends in a few months. He is a strong man and so looks forward to sharing his passions and insights, once again, with all of you.
This Go Fund Me asks you to support Stephen’s living expenses and uncovered medical expenses during his recovery. The goal is to raise $20,000; and, if we exceed this, it will support an extended recovery should that be required. Our family is offering as much support as we can, but it will be a strain for Stephen to bear all expenses that will be coming up in the next few months.
