Help Steve Lee Beat Colon Cancer
Donation protected
From my brother-in-law, Steve...
"Let me start by thanking you for visiting this page. Time is so precious to all of us, and I seek your help in getting extra time.
"I have just recently re-married the love of my life. I am a father, grandfather, veteran and Christian. I have recently been diagnosed with Stage IV Colorectal Cancer. My diagnosis gives me from months to years to live, depending on treatment options.
"Treatment will involve chemotherapy, targeted drug treatments, a (hopefully) temporary colostomy, and a probable surgery (the cancer has metastasized to my liver). I have already been diagnosed with a failing bladder that requires a catheter to collect my urine.
"In order to pursue the best option, fighting the cancer with everything we have, my wife Deborah must quit working to care for me. This is a devastating blow to our already strained budget, impacting everyday expenses as well as the added burden of unknown medical costs.
"I believe we can better fight this disease together if we can secure some financial assistance. As with any cancer diagnosis, the urgency to begin treatment is paramount, and I am scheduled to start immediately.
"Your thoughts, prayers and donations will strengthen our spirits and help us to survive this difficult time without losing everything. Your kindness is so greatly appreciated, as we begin our journey towards beating this disease. God bless you for your generosity!"
