Help Steven Reunite with His Daughter

Hi, I’m Jeffrey, and as many of you know, my family is going through a lot right now. Cloe Workman abused my niece and sent disgusting videos and messages of it to my brother (my niece's dad). We are doing everything we can, but as of right now, my brother Steven does not have my niece in his care and is doing his best to get her back with him where she rightfully belongs.
