Help Strawberry Get Life-Saving Surgery

My name is Gabby. My 2-year-old male cat, Strawberry, became blocked last week, and we took him to the vet where he stayed for four days with a urinary catheter and an IV catheter while they tried to get all the crystals out of his bladder. He came home on Saturday and was doing pretty well, but then fast forward to today, Monday, Oct 7th, and he blocked again. We already spent money on his hospitalization, and doing it a second time is not only out of budget, but it isn't recommended by the vet. We are at a fork in the road where we either need to do surgery to permanently prevent blocking from happening again, or we need to put him down. Obviously, I'd like to opt for surgery and not put my young 2-year-old cat to sleep. If anyone can help in any way, we can save him.
