Help Striking Starbucks Partners Meet Their Wages

We are partners at the 45th and Lamar Starbucks in Austin, TX. This fund supports our partners while on strike for Red Cup Day on November 17th- November 18th, 2022.

We are striking because Starbucks has refused to bargain in good faith with unionized stores nationwide, and we demand to be fully staffed in our stores. Red Cup Day is a joyous event that helps bring in the holiday spirit of giving, but for most partners, it is a very stressful occasion, with very little compensation from our substantial profit margins. Because of this, partners across the country have agreed to participate in this Red Cup Rebellion!

This fund is to help partners who will be losing out on a portion of their wages during this strike, and anything helps. We appreciate any support from those in our community and anyone who wants to aid the cause.
