Help Students Compete in Battlebots!

Hello friends and family!

We are seeking your tax deductible support. We are Battlebots team Riptide! A rookie team consisting of high school and freshman college students that are VEX & FIRST robotics veterans looking to disrupt the 2021 Battlebots season, and inspire young people around the globe to pursue their passions.

Battlebots is the premier 12-day 240-match televised World Championship with two 250lb killer robots attacking each other for three minutes to see who's skill and design will survive and advance. It’s a chance for engineers to push their limits and show millions of people what engineering is capable of. We want to prove a bunch of obsessed teenagers can build a robot in their garage, be the best of the best, and ultimately inspire the world.

However, to win we really do need your help. The fact of the matter is that we need to beat 60 other teams that have more resources, more experience, and access to better tools and equipment than we have. Any donation, no matter the size, will heavily contribute to the further development of our Battlebot “Riptide” and support us in fulfilling our dreams.
