Rafael Edgardo "Eddie" Alferez Torres was a 38 year old young father who just recently passed away on December 27, 2022 leaving behind a beautiful young family- Cecilia and their 3-year old daughter, Elena. We are setting up a GoFundMe page to provide financial assistance to sweet Elena as she now grows up alone without her dearest dad to support her.
