Help Support Alisa, Ron, and Roma after Fire Loss

Hey Everybody,

I am Roma Hamad and as some of you may know my families house was burned and destroyed in the Eaton Canyon fire two days ago in Altadena. We along with our entire community are devastated.

my parents and dogs Lola and Rosie got out in time but they weren’t able to take very much because of how close the fire was. We need to rebuild our lives now which is a big financial hardship and hard to grasp. My entire neighborhood, community, school, and downtown area of Altadena is gone. I’m overwhelmed and my family is overwhelmed. This is a big loss.

I am asking for you to consider donating money to support my family through this transitionary period in our lives, my parents now have to find another place to live and when they evacuated they left with only the clothes they had on.

My parents will be in line to apply for federal help but in the meantime this would be a great financial help!

I am currently in my first year of university and I pledge to donate 10% of the money you donate to community based efforts and charities to help Altadena and the community I grew up in rebuild.
