Help support and pray for Matt Cordell

This fundraiser is for Matt Cordell.  Created by his aunt but it will be managed by his mom (Julie) until Matt is well enough to manage the funds himself.
Here is his story:

On September 21st, Matt was admitted to the hospital with Covid pneumonia. On September 22nd he was placed on a ventilator. Matt had told the doctors to do whatever was needed so he could live for his family! The next week was a rollercoaster of one step forward and two steps back. His condition began to deteriorate and so on the 28th, he was flown to Hershey Medical Center to be placed on the life saving ECMO machine. Many of you prayed for an ECMO to become available and those prayers were answered. (This machine removes his blood oxygenates it outside his body and then returns the blood into his body. This allows his heart and lungs to rest)

 

Matt is strong and fighting hard to recover. He still remains on the ventilator and ECMO. Today begins his fourth week in the hospital. He still has a long hard road ahead.

 

His family is thankful for all the wonderful medical care he has had and continues to receive and for the prayers, love, and support shown.

 

Matt would never ask for anything but we would like to help him out. SO FAMILY and FRIENDS lets help ease some of the financial burden from Matt and his immediate family.
