Help Support Bailey Miller

Donation protected
Bailey Miller is our 16 year old school lad here at Bartec Rural Services, he helps us out after school & throughout the school holidays. Bailey is a mad keen fisherman, who works hard and is a hit with all the customers & staff.

On Sunday the 26th of May, Bailey was involved in a horrific accident which resulted in third degree burns to his upper body and affected his internal organs due to inhalation of high-heated air. He was flown to the Brisbane Royal Burns Unit where he was put in an induced coma for a little over a week, sadly this is how he spent his sweet 16th Birthday.

In just over two weeks, this young boy has been through the unimaginable, undergone many skin grafts and has such a long road ahead of him with more surgeries, treatments and rehabilitation to come. Currently Baileys love for fishing is something that is pushing him through those hard physio days, he just can’t wait to get back out there to wet a line!

Many local businesses are running raffles to fund raise, however we have had requests for larger donations which lead us to this page. All donations will go directly to Bailey. If you would love to support him and his family during this difficult time, any donations, no matter how big or small, even as little as a share will be greatly appreciated. Thank you all so much.

Let’s help get this boy back on the water!
