Help Support Brandon and Alexxe's Road to Recovery

Hello, this is Lauren (Alexxe's Bestie) and Jamie (Brandon's Aunt). We’re sad to share that Brandon and Alexxe were in a motorcycle accident on Sunday, June 23rd. Although everyone is in one piece, they both have a long recovery road ahead of them. Brandon was airlifted to a Chicago hospital and held in the ICU for 9 days to monitor a mild brain bleed and begin healing a broken lower vertebrae. He is semi-mobile, standing/moving, and speaking but will need 24/7 assistance during his recovery. He was released from the hospital after 12 total days and will continue his rehabilitation at home and in outpatient centers.

Alexxe was released the day of the accident with a broken shoulder, fractured wrist, stitches, and road rash. She spent those 12 days both trying to heal herself, as well love on the kids and be by Brandon’s side. She too, still has a long road of recovery and rehabilitation.

Family and friends have been rallying around both Brandon and Alexxe, as well as their two kids Nolan and Adelynn, to help provide around the clock care.

Unfortunately, health insurance only goes so far. With Brandon’s extended hospital stay, ICU care, and the rehabilitation they will both need, we anticipate there will be many bills and unexpected expenses ahead.
