Help support Brock’s fight against Cancer

With a heavy heart, we are fund raising for our dear friends, Brock and Christine Horton. Their world was recently flipped upside down when Brock was diagnosed with Stage 4 melanoma. This aggressive cancer has already spread to his lymph nodes, spleen and caused unrepairable damage to his liver.

Although there is no cure for this disease, Brock is ready to take this fight on and show cancer who’s boss.

Brock is the most kind, generous, thoughtful person I know. He is a loving Husband, father, step father, and care giver to his immediate family of 6. He has devoted countless hours giving back to the community as a special needs educator, and by coaching multiple sports teams, including special needs Olympic baseball and community hockey.

Unfortunately, Brock will no longer be able to work at his school anymore due to starting his treatments at a cost of over $6000 monthly. We are collecting funds to help support him and his family through these trying times. After all Brock has selflessly given to others, it’s time to return the favour.

Update:

Due to Brock’s unfortunate passing, all funds will go to help his wife Christine and their family with the upcoming funeral costs and cost of living.
