If you know Chansen, you know he is strong, caring, funny but most importantly he is a fighter!
Chansen is starting his third fight against cancer. He’s just 20 years old and has battled cancer for much of his life. He was diagnosed ALL B-Cell leukemia in May of 2007 at 6 years old and had treatment for 3.5 years. He was cancer and chemo free for 1.5 years before receiving a relapse of Leukemia in his spinal fluid in February of 2012 at the young age of 11. He went on to have treatment for another 2.5 years and ended his treatment on May, 22nd, 2014.
Chansen will again have to face Cancer for a 3rd time. Chansen has been diagnosed Fibrolamellar Hepatocellular Carcinoma. This is a very rare form of liver cancer, because of the rarity of it Chansen and his family are researching all treatment plans available to them. Not all are covered by insurance and Chansen and his Mom, Destiny are ready to travel for the best treatment options available. They will be discussing treatment at Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa and Rush University Medical Center in Chicago.
Please keep Chansen in your prayers and if you're able to donate to help with his medical bills and travel expenses, his family truly appreciates it!
