Dear friends, family, and kind-hearted strangers,

As some of you may know this week, 7-year-old Charlie Bustin faced a loss no child should have to endure at such a vulnerable age. After a courageous battle with cancer, his father has passed away. Diagnosed just over a year ago, his father's illness progressed quickly, turning this past year into one of heartbreak and profound change for Charlie.

Charlie’s bond with his dad was deep and joyful. They shared not just a love for laughter and a great sense of humor, but a striking resemblance—in personality, spirit, and even appearance. To know Charlie is to know a piece of his dad. Charlie is a bright, hilarious, artistic little boy with a huge heart and an even bigger imagination. He loves to draw, entertain, and like his favorite superhero, the Hulk, he's shown strength far beyond his years.

As he begins to navigate life without his father, we are coming together to support Charlie’s future. The funds raised here will go directly toward ensuring his quality of life in the years ahead. This includes help with his education, involvement in sports, encouragement of his creativity and artistic passions, and anything else that can bring joy, stability, and opportunity to his world.

Charlie deserves to grow up knowing he’s not alone -knowing that his community, family, and friends are here for him, standing in the gap where his father can no longer be. With your help, we can ensure that he continues to laugh, grow, and thrive in the way his dad would have wanted.
