Help Support Connie

The TASTE team is sharing with a heavy heart...

 

We are sad and devastated to report that one of our TASTE family members, Connie Hubbard, suffered a sudden and tragic event on Monday, February 28. While the exact details are yet unknown, we do know Connie survived a shooting and is in critical condition at a local hospital. The news has reported that a family member did not survive.

UPDATE: The other victim in this senseless crime was William I. Moore, Connie's father. He was a retired Norfolk police sergeant, who served for 32 years. They were very, very close. Connie is a longtime TASTE team member who, along with her daughter, Stephanie, and granddaughter, Rayna, works at our TASTE Ghent location. Many friends, neighbors, colleagues and customers know and love her. She is tough, funny and full of life, and we know she will pull through.
