Join Us in Supporting Cristina and Jeff's Fire Recovery

Our names are Alex and Koryn and we are reaching out to you today to support our dear friends, Cristina, Jeff, and their children who tragically lost their home last week in the Eaton Fire. They lost everything except the clothes on their backs and a smattering of valuables. We are rallying together to help them with the tough road ahead.

Cristina and Jeff's home was more than just a place to live; it was their sanctuary in Altadena. A place filled with love, laughter, tamales every Christmas [yum!], and music—a true reflection of their vibrant spirits and passion for life. They are also two of the most humble people we know.

Cristina, a dedicated member of the Pasadena Playhouse Board, has been a mentor to many, tirelessly uplifting Latine voices across Hollywood. Her commitment to equity and inclusion has made a profound impact on the industry. We include ourselves as having been deeply impacted by Cristina's leadership and mentorship over the last 7 years. Jeff, the founding Artistic Director of the Pasadena Chorale and a teacher at the Pasadena Waldorf School, shares this dedication to community and the arts. His dedication to his students, music, and artistic expression have touched the hearts of many. Together, they have always been pillars of their community.

Every donation will help them restore the sense of home they have lost. Your generosity will provide them with the resources they need to start anew and continue their invaluable work in the community. More specifically, funds will be used for temporary housing rent, clothing, groceries, and day-to-day items.

Any donations they don't use will be sent to local organizations assisting with fire recovery.
