Help support Crystal in Her Fight Against Cancer

On June 11th, my daughter was admitted to Geauga County Hospital for pain in her bones that wouldn't allow her to do anything. Even breathing gave her sharp pains through her spine. She isn't the type of person to run to a doctor whenever she is sick. She didn't even have a family doctor. She was the person that if she was sick, she just mothered right through it. This day was different though, and she felt something was wrong.
Through a week into her hospital stay, they took blood every morning and ran test after test to find out what was wrong. On Monday, June 17th, one of her blood tests came back with (AML) Acute myeloid leukemia, a very aggressive blood cancer. This was so devastating for me as her mother, her father, her 2 brothers, and most importantly, her 5 children and fiance. She is 36 and she has a 13-year-old daughter Hailee, a 10-year-old son Conner, a 7-year-old son Richard Jr. who is nonverbal and autistic, she also has a 3-year-old son Conrad, and a 6-month-old baby girl Paislee.
She's a stay-at-home mom who has dedicated her life to raising and taking care of her children while her fiance Richie works to keep the bills paid and food on their table. With her cancer diagnosis, she's going to be in inpatient treatment at the Cleveland Clinic Cancer Center starting Wednesday, June 26th. This leaves Richie having to put his job aside and come home as a stay-at-home father while Crystal fights this battle.
We are reaching out and asking friends and family to come together to help ease this burden with them having no income coming into the home with these 5 children. Every little bit helps and we appreciate all the love and support she's receiving from everyone. I will keep everyone updated as much as possible. Thank you all and God bless!!!
