Help Support Delores With Funeral Costs And Arrangements

Delores is a loving friend and neighbor who received the worst possible news you can imagine. On Monday, December 16, 2024, she got the call that her son, Lamar Scott, was deceased. He was stabbed multiple times for unknown reasons; the stabbing is under investigation. Lamar was only 37 years old and still had a full life to live until it was cut short by this selfish yet senseless act.

Dolores was out of town visiting family for the holidays and visiting her newborn grandbaby. She was given a celebration of life when her grandbaby was born; now she is mourning and confused about why she lost the life of her son. As parents, we shouldn't have to bury our children, so Dolores now faces the struggles financially in the burial and arrangements, plus the costs of hiring a lawyer to get some kind of answers, peace, and closure about why this happened to her son. All of her saved money has been spent on the holidays for the airfare and presents to visit her grandchildren. This holiday was supposed to be a celebration of life for her newly born grandchild, not a time for grief and sadness. Dolores is the most kind-hearted, giving lady you could meet, so we are asking for help in giving back to her. Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated.
