Hello...

For those of you who don't know me, I am Derek and I am trying to raise monies for a memorial bench at Ramsey Golf Club and Alzheimer’s Society UK.

Firstly, let me explain about the bench. This bench is for a very good friend of mine, Graham Carrigan. He can be seen in the photo below… He was and always will be my bestie for the rest of time.

Graham passed away very suddenly in 2020. It is my aim to buy a memorial bench in his honour at the golf club. I would like this to be situated on the 10th tee, which was Graham's favourite.

With what is left over from the memorial bench... I will be sending this to Alzheimer’s Society UK.

How am I going to be raising said monies I hear you ask!

It is by having a sponsored beard shave (please see photo attached).

It has taken me a fair while to grow this and I'm very proud of it... but it is for two fantastic causes and so so worth it.

The date is set for Saturday 12th February 2022 at Ramsey Golf Club, PE26 1DD. If you would like to join us there, please feel free!
