Hello, my name's Mario David. I'm Donna Marks' grandson. She was a loving soul who was very big on religion and very caring, always helping out anyone she could if she had the means. She was tragically struck by a car in front of her apartment complex on the evening of Dec. 3rd around 5pm. I've been left in charge to take care of all the expenses around her funeral and burial costs. I'm a single father with only one fixed income, and times are really hard. She did not have savings to be able to pay for any of this, and I'm basically all alone in this. Anything would be greatly appreciated to help pay for all of this. It has become a huge stressor on my back, and with the holidays right around the corner, this makes it more difficult. My grandmother was always a trooper and got through the hardest situations, always remaining calm and having God on her side. I'm hoping that this can do exactly that. She is Survived by myself Mario David and my daughter Aaliyah, I want to thank you for taking the time to read this and wish everyone a safe holiday season with their loved ones.
