Help Support Elin's Love of Gymnastics

Hi, my name is Shannon, and we have created this fundraiser for our daughter, Elin.

Elin has been in gymnastics since she was 3 years old and has been upside down since. Elin is so dedicated to gymnastics and school. Her dedication and drive for this sport combined with her natural talent and abilities have propelled her to a competitive team where her skills amaze all of us who are privileged to watch her practice and compete.

As Elin has quickly moved up in her training levels, so has the time she must spend in the gym to perfect her skills, and the competitions now include several state and regional meets. The financial implications of her continued successes have reached the limit of our ability to fund her on our own. Co-parenting with two separate households on a Special Ed Teacher and sales salary income while also trying to cover extracurricular activities is virtually impossible. We are seeking to raise funds for her competition and travel fees this upcoming season.

Competition teams are very expensive and there are no opportunities for fundraising. The total bill for this year's expenses will be over $10,000 which includes: club training fees ($425 per month), athlete competition fees ($1,885), competition apparel ($250), camp ($475), and travel expenses (hotels $1,638 without TX, airplane tickets $794 without TX, etc.).
