Help Support Gemelli’s Team After Hurricane Helene

Created by long-time Asheville Chef and restaurateur Anthony Cerrato, and a sister restaurant to Strada Italiano, Gemelli has been serving authentic Italian food in West Asheville since 2022. In the wake of Hurricane Helene, the destruction to the city's water system has left the restaurant unable to open during the height of our busiest season, leaving Gemelli’s 30 dedicated staff members without work and the income they rely on to support themselves and their families.

Created by the staff, for the staff, donated funds are intended to help offset lost revenue to help service and kitchen staff members cover essential living expenses like food and rent.

If you’ve ever enjoyed a homemade meal with us, been a recipient of our charitable giving, or you simply just love the amazing members of our staff, please consider giving back to help our family (our staff) weather this storm. 100% of donations will go directly to the service and kitchen staff, with no financial benefit to the ownership.
