Help support Hayden and his parents

Hi, I'm a sibling of Hayden's making this page with approval from our mum and Hayden's dad.

Hayden has now spent 2 weeks in addenbrookes with a very unexpected long journey of weeks or months still to go. It all began with croup, for some this is common and can be dealt with through antibiotics For Hayden with downsyndrome this meant his windpipe become blocked and couldn't breathe ending up in intensive care sedated and a blood clot in his foot.

Hayden began to pick up things we're looking positive until his temperature spiked and a rash head to toe which has resulted into massive swelling, many more tests, scans, X-rays and looking into futher treatment to treating his blood clot that currently isn't clearing with any medication. Hayden is very poorly and won't be home anytime soon, picture above is showing Hayden at a good state as now he is unrecognisable and could be a trigger for anyone to see.

Me and my siblings chose to set up this page to support our mum and her partner whilst neither can work with mum staying with Hayden and his dad travelling to and from Cambridge everyday

Hayden has since undergone surgery, currently on oxygen to support his breathing. He has also developed an auto immune problem which has killed and damaged his skin leaving it very painful can't be touch and lots of treatment to build back up and repair

we appreciate any little help knowing it's an expensive time of year. Thank you for reading Hayden's journey so far
