In Loving Memory of SHARON STROEHLEN
Donation protected
Hello Everyone - My name is Yonna and I'm helping to raise funds for my elderly neighbor, Helen, who's 92 years old and just lost her beloved Daughter and sole caregiver, SHARON ANNE STROEHLEN. Sharon was 72 years old and was the most generous, loving, caring, free-spirited, and kind-hearted woman you could know!
Sharon’s devotion and selfless love to her mother, Helen, was truly inspiring. She managed every aspect of their daily lives and took care of all financial responsibilities, ensuring her mother was always supported and cared for.
With Sharon’s passing, Helen now faces significant emotional and financial challenges that no parent should endure. In these difficult times, we turn to our friends and community for love and support.
Every donation, big or small, embodies the kindness and compassion of the human spirit. Your contribution will go directly to assist with memorial services, medical/hospital bills, household expenses and basic necessities for Helen.
Your generosity will make a meaningful difference in her life and she will be forever Grateful.
Sharon's Story:
Late one evening while walking our dog, my boyfriend found Sharon lying helplessly on the stairs leading up to her apartment. He helped her inside and she seemed fine, expressing her gratitude for his assistance. However, after experiencing weakness and dangerously low blood pressure, she made an appointment with her doctor.
Within days, Sharon's condition continued to worsen as she repeatedly kept collapsing and her blood pressure remained critically low. After another troubling visit to the doctor where they were unable to determine the issue, they admitted her to the ER.
That evening, after running several blood tests and EKGs, Sharon rapidly developed Acute Renal Failure (kidneys), along with other major complications. The medical team immediately started dialysis and placed her in a semi-induced coma while they performed life-sustaining procedures to stabilize her.
The next day, I brought Helen to see her daughter and the heartbreak was unimaginable. Watching a mother witness her only daughter fight for her life is something no one should have to endure. We prayed, we cried, and we spoke to Sharon hoping she could sense our presence. Despite a small glimmer of hope, her condition continued to deteriorate.
That Friday night, we received a devastating call at 3AM, urging Helen to come immediately. I rushed her to the hospital, where Helen was able to say her final goodbyes to Sharon and she passed away peacefully at 4:27AM on October 19th, 2024 leaving behind a profound void in our lives.
With heartfelt Gratitude, We Thank You & GOD Bless.
