Help Support Joe Andruski and Family

Hello Everyone,

As some of you may already know, on Tuesday December 27th our brother Joe suffered a life altering stroke as a result of a blood clot in his brain. Joe underwent emergency surgery to remove the clot and for the most part the large blood clot was able to be removed. However, some of the clots on his brain were deemed inoperable and remain. Hours after his surgery Joe’s brain began to swell uncontrollably which then resulted in an additional surgery (Craniectomy) in order to reduce the swelling.

Thankfully at this time, Joe is in stable condition at a hospital in London, however his long term prognosis is unknown as he has suffered damage to his brain stem. It will be weeks before doctors can truly decide how much damage has been done to his brain and physical abilities. He is currently unable to move anything on his left side of the body and it is our hope he will regain his mobility in the future.

We know that whatever the outcome, Joe has a long and difficult battle ahead of him to recover.

We are hoping that, along with prayers for Joe’s recovery that you may consider making a donation to help offset the extra costs that Joe and his family will have to endure on his long road to recovery.
