emergency : Help Support the Khalaf Family in Gaza

Hello friends, family, community members and conscious people of the world,

The purpose of this GoFundMe to enable Yazan Khalaf (IG: yazan_m_khalaf1) and Fadi Khalaf (IG: fadi_khalaf3) to collect aid for their 18 family members who remain in Gaza

They are asking for the help of those of us around the world to provide financial support for their beloved family.

My little sister lamar (14 years old) And 9 children (my nieces ) , ranging in age from 2 to 14 years , They are all young, beautiful girls full of energy and innocenceshelling, asking if their innocent dreams of returning to school and normal life became impossible. Searching for food and clean water for our family in areas where the prices have gone out of control, makes the situation worse. We cook our food on firewood because gas has become a luxury that is not available.

Update from Yazan and Fadi as of 12 February 2024:

‏My younger sister, Lamar, is 14 years old, suffers from severe asthma,

and my middle sister suffers from a serious disease (multiple sclerosis )has 3 children .

‏Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a potentially disabling disease of the brain and spinal cord (central nervous system).

Symptoms ( Numbness or weakness- -Lack of coordination-inability to walk-Partial or complete loss of vision-Prolonged double vision-Blurry vision-Vertigo-Problems with sexual, bowel and bladder function)

‏She always needs treatment and painkillers, but there is no kind of medicine like her in Gaza, and she needs constant follow-up, as the seizures are caused by cold, nervousness, malnutrition, stress and fear,

• The situation, as you know, is very difficult. There is no food, drink, or warm cover .

• My family lives in tents and depends on the simple aid that is distributed sometimes, and there is no other source for them

• My family had their homes completely bombed and destroyed and They were completely burned, and the basic pillars of the building were destroyed (making them unfit for habitation).

My nieces work to sell some cake to secure food.

• All life is cut off, and there is nothing left, and I am afraid of upcoming events, and I cannot imagine that my family is homeless, without food, clothes, or anything.

After this most difficult situation, we need to get my family to safety as soon as possible and save their lives, and also help my sister before complications increase.

Rafah border crossing: 10 adult people * $5,000- 7,000$ = $50,000-70,000$

8 children: 2500 * 8 = 20,000

Rent a home: 3 months * $500 = $1,500

Living expenses and medication: 3 months * $ 830 = $2,500
