Help Support Laken Cluck in her Medical Fight

This is my precious 11 year old niece Laken. Laken is in need of a lot of prayers right now. After mild sicknesses over the last month, we were told she has a brain tumor on Saturday 2/27/21 after a ct scan. Laken was rushed to children’s hospital in Little Rock where she underwent surgery on the 28th to remove the brain tumor. The doctors believe this is a medulloblastoma cancerous tumor. He said the location and imaging highly suggests it. There is a slight chance it could be benign, but he doesn't think that's likely. We are still waiting for the pathology report. The pathology report will help determine the best treatment for Laken and what the tumor will respond to best. Likely, Laken will need to do a year of chemotherapy and radiation. This tumor is treatable and curable but it is going to be a very long and hard road ahead.

This page is set up to help the immediate family with expenses when it comes to traveling to Little Rock Children's Hospital, food for the family, medical bills, and help with the other siblings in the family. Jessica will not be able to work at this time so I can only imagine the stress of thinking about bills. Please consider donating to this sweet family.

Some things to be praying for right now: Please pray they are wrong and the tumor is benign and she won’t have to go through chemotherapy and radiation. Pray for her pain tolerance. She has been in a lot of pain lately due to the pressure in her brain. Please pray that her brain starts to drain fluid correctly and regulates pressure on its own. Also, pray that her eye movement and coordination gets back to its normal state so she can start opening her eyes.
