Hello everyone!

My name is Jodi. My mother, Maria and I own a small private childcare center in Milford, CT. We opened the center in hopes of creating a fun, learning and loving environment for children. The love that we have for those children and families is like no other. You can ask the families at our center! We have created bonds with each and every one of them. Our staff is also so amazing, they take pride in helping children grow and develop! The children and I are surrounded by so many amazing woman who all bring something different to the table.

Unfortunately, with the rising costs of supplies we use daily, rent increases and trying to provide affordability to the parents while maintaining our qualified staff, our heads are just above water. In reality I’ve created this go fund me for the families, for the staff and for the children. I want to be able to provide our center with everything the teachers need to adequately do their jobs and so we can provide the best care possible at the location we are currently in.

Childcare is the bottom of the totem pole and although it should be top priority, because we are the ones that shape the future, we receive little to no help from outside sources. Closing my center would be detrimental for all involved and I would hate for that to be an option, however, it is one of the last options if we are not able to get the help we need to get ahead.
