Help support McAuley Volleyball Channel

The Mother McAuley Volleyball Channel had a very humble beginning. Initially my wife and I would livestream our kids games for family and friends when they couldn't be there in person. We loved showing off our kids, but 7th grade basketball at noon on a Sunday didn't draw a huge crowd.

We were so excited when our daughters decided to go to McAuley. The stream started small, but as parents of teammates started watching, then grandparents, then friends it grew rapidly. Coach DeJarld didn't want me to broadcast the games so future opponents could unfairly scout the team. Thus the birth of MMC VBC.

My wife and I truly love doing this. We love hyping the team, the fans and the school. Family members from all around the country regularly tune in to watch their favorite player. If you've watched the stream you've heard how excited I get when the former players check in to watch the current Mighty Macs. One former player recently said to me "I wish something like this was around when I played". That statement is what helped me decide to start this Go fund me.

Currently the team uses my equipment to film their games as well as to livestream them. Between the iPads, the tripods, microphone, filming software, etc it adds up quickly. Our daughter is a senior, this could be our last year with the team. I'm asking the members of the MMC VBC to help me buy this program the video equipment that will ensure that future Macs are able to continue steaming their games for all of us to watch.
