Help support Mike Burger and Family

Hello family, friends, colleagues, and supporters of Mike Burger,
Last week on Wednesday, February 28th, 2024 Mike Burger was in the process of rolling out his tools on one of our jobsites here in Scottsdale, AZ when he suffered a heart attack. He was transported via ambulance to the hospital and immediately had 2 stents put in his coronary artery to increase blood flow and subsequently moved to the ICU for further monitoring and testing.
On Friday, the 30th, he was transferred to Banner University so that he could be at the proper hospital for the level of care he needed, but was stable, yet still sedated. He made some progress through the weekend by being taken off blood pressure meds, and showing normal kidney function,
and improved vitals but remained asleep.
As of today March 6th, 2024, he is still not awake but showing many signs of improvement including moving his head and arms more, and bowel movements. He was on some strong medications, and they are awaiting those to wear off and hoping he wakes up sometime this week so they can take him off the heart machines and ventilator.
Mike is one of this country’s greatest trim carpentry and woodworking talents, and he has spent many years traveling across the U.S. working on one-of-a-kind projects to help support his amazing wife and kids. He has worked with The Craftsman Collective off and on for several years, and within the past few months took a full-time position with us in order to spend less time on the road and more time home with his family.
Needless to say, this time has been extremely difficult for his wife and kids, and because as tradesmen we rely on our bodies to work and provide for our families, the situation has only been compounded by the inevitable financial burden they will face during his treatment and recovery. It
is for that reason we are hereby asking for your help in supporting Mike and his beloved family during this time. We know that everyone faces varying levels of financial hardship, but if you could make a donation in any amount you could spare, we would be greatly appreciative for your generosity and support.
Please keep Mike and his family in your thoughts and prayers, and thank you in advance for your help.
