Help Support Mountainside Football 2022-23

As the head football coach at Mountainside since its opening in 2017, I am extremely fortunate to have had the opportunity to coach such a quality group of student athletes. In a short period of time, our players have established our identity as a highly competitive program which plays the game with great passion and sportsmanship. In 2018, we played our first varsity season without a senior class and managed to win three games. In 2019, our first year with all 4 grades, we advanced to the third round of the 6A OSAA State Playoffs. With a return to a normal schedule this past fall, we advanced to the second round of the playoffs where we lost to the ultimate state champions. I am extremely proud of the three classes that have graduated, they did an excellent job of leading the program and setting the standard of how we carry ourselves on and off the field. I am excited about the future of the program as our current players have shown great energy, commitment, and potential.

While blessed with a beautiful school and facilities, funds are needed to help offset the annual costs of running a football program. Coaching stipends and equipment needs are all recurring expenses that are largely paid by the football program each season. All funds raised would be used directly to help sustain our program as we head into the future. Our mission is to provide the best experience to all students by supporting a diverse set of enrichment programs, clubs and activities within the school. Many of our programs are student-designed and student-led, helping our next generation of entrepreneurs gain valuable leadership and business skill sets.
