Help Support My Hawaiian Culture Documentary

Aloha mai kākou! I am creating a documentary that will discuss how ʻōlelo Hawaiʻi and mo'omeheu Hawaiʻi is portrayed in today’s society, and how there has been a renaissance since the overthrow of the Hawaiian Kingdom.
However, I need help in securing the rights to "Hawaiʻi '78" by Israel Kamakawiwoʻole. This song speaks to the heart of the Hawaiian renaissance and the struggle to preserve the culture.
My Kumu in ʻŌlelo Hawaiʻi at Kauaʻi High, Tryson Kekoa Tango, is part of Hālau Ka Pā Hula O Hīnano, and to help me with this documentary, he and I have filmed a hula to Hawaiʻi '78. I would like to have Hawaiʻi ‘78 playing throughout the documentary to help share the importance of perpetuating Hawaiian culture.
The funds raised will be used specifically to secure the legal rights to use "Hawaiʻi '78" in the documentary, cover licensing and copyright fees, and ensure proper compensation to the original artists and rights holders.
I have already worked myself and put aside some funding of $700, but I'm only halfway there. My funding goal is an additional $750, which will help cover the music rights and support the initial production costs of this important documentary.
I am creating this documentary to share this story to those that don't understand it or want to learn more. I am also submitting to some competitions, which gives me a deadline for this project coming up soon in February.
Mahalo for your support in preserving and celebrating Hawaiian culture.
