My name is Ashley, and I’ve had the honor of knowing Natalia and her family since the day she was born. I’m a close family friend, and it’s with a heavy heart that I’m starting this GoFundMe to support them during the most heartbreaking time of their lives.

Natalia just turned 26 this past March, and anyone who knows her will tell you she’s one of the brightest, goofiest, and most resilient souls you’ll ever meet. In early 2024, after months of pain and several heartbreaking misdiagnoses, she was finally diagnosed with stage 4 gastric adenocarcinoma. Despite the late diagnosis, Natalia jumped into treatment immediately and began chemotherapy as soon as she could. Through it all — every appointment, every setback — she’s fought like hell, never losing her infectious smile, her sense of humor, or her unwavering hope.

As Natalia enters the final stages of this cruel disease, her loved ones are cherishing every remaining moment with her. The doctors have told the family that it’s only a matter of days. As they sit by her side, holding her hand and making sure she feels nothing but love, they’re also facing an overwhelming financial burden. Medical bills continue to pile up, and even now, life insurance is pushing back on support — adding stress to an already heartbreaking situation. No family should have to fight for peace and stability while preparing to say goodbye to their child.
