Hello! I’m a trans man currently trying to get chest masculinization, aka top surgery.

The surgery is already scheduled for September 4th. My insurance said they would cover the cost, but being an insurance company, they have decided to pick over every little detail. I intend to keep fighting with them, but with the surgery date approaching, I don’t want to leave it to the last second if it turns out I need to go to self-pay.

If I am able to get the insurance to cover in time, I will donate all money raised here to TransOhio, an organization that advocates for and provides services and emergency funds to trans people here in my home state.

Only donate if you’re able! I can cover the cost with my savings in a pinch, but any funds raised will ease the financial burden on me quite a bit.
