**Important update**
Stace sadly passed away on 14/4/23 at the Marie Curie Hospice in Glasgow.
Any funding left over from this fundraiser will be donated to the Marie Curie.
This will be as a thank you from the family and friends for the care and support they provided to Stace, her husband Joost and mother Irene.
RIP Stace you are now free and no longer suffering
Hi everyone, this is Stace (37) from Glasgow. Stace has been a close friend for over 30 years to many of us.
We have been through nursery, primary and secondary school together and all our adult lives.
Stace has been through a lot over the years and unfortunately in 2021 was diagnosed with cancer for a fifth time.
Stace recently went through surgery to tackle Breast Cancer and it spread to her Lymph nodes.
Now the Breast Cancer has returned and is inoperable due to the number of surgeries in the past and where the cancer has spread to.
Stace’s only option is Stem Cell / Immunotherapy which she must seek privately in London. This can cost more than £30,000.
Recently Stace got given the devastating news that her cancer has spread and is now having further radiotherapy. She is in desperate need of the stem cell treatment now more than ever.
In recent months Stace received the devastating news that the cancer has now spread to her Brain. Unfortunately at the same time her husband, Joost has been diagnosed with a non cancerous brain tumor.
As a group of her close friends we have come together to do some crowdfunding to support Stace in receiving this life saving treatment.
We will be passing on any donations received directly to Stace so that she can arrange this treatment asap.
Let us aim to give this amazing, beautiful person the support and love they receive.
Thank you from all her close friends XX
As some of Stace’s friends are outside the UK to make it easier to donate we have set up a PayPal account in which donations can be sent: -
