Help Support Our Loving Brother, Anthony's Journey

Last year before the holiday season, my brother received a diagnosis from his colonoscopy. That was the dreaded “C” word. While this should be a joyous time of year, our brother had to face some heavy decisions. He went into surgery before Thanksgiving where they removed a foot of his colon. That surgery went well as everything went as expected. He has Stage 4 Colon cancer. He will now need to begin weeks of very aggressive chemotherapy treatments. He needs to travel 2 hours there and back each time he goes. Anthony is the sole provider for his family, as his wife is suffering medical issues and is still trying to find a diagnosis and is unable to get a steady job. Anthony started with his short-term disability; however, this isn’t enough to cover his home expenses and his medical bills. This is quite a burden for him as he was working full-time and overtime to get his homestead built and make ends meet.
Here we are in the new year, and Anthony received the dreaded call from HR that he needs to return to work, or they are going to let him go. As if everything wasn’t stressful enough, now he must deal without even having the comfort that his job was secure when he finishes his treatments.
Anthony has always been a hardworking and loving human. He is always there for anyone who needs him. He has put others before himself. He has fought hard throughout his life and has lost many times. He has finally got his little plot of land, and although it is rough and needs to be completed, he and his wife love their home.
So, here we are kindly asking for donations for Anthony so he can take care of his family and complete the chemotherapy treatments to beat his cancer without having to worry about his bills. We are looking to raise enough money to keep him in the flush for the next few months.
We will keep you updated on his progress and for you to please keep Anthony in your prayers.
Thank you!
