Help Support Our Veterinary Volunteer Trip to Guatemala!

Hi, my name is Sydney Canova, and I’m excited to share that myself and fellow coworkers have been given the incredible opportunity to volunteer with World Vets International Aid for Animals, where we'll be helping provide essential veterinary care to underserved communities and animals in need in Antigua, Guatemala. My amazing coworker and fellow Registered Veterinary Technician Rachel Ashina as well as the incredibly skilled Dr. Kathleen Berge will accompany me on this trip.

This experience will allow us to use our skills and passion for animal welfare to make a meaningful difference in the lives of both pets and people. However, this trip comes with associated costs, including travel and accommodation.

We are asking for your help to assist in covering these expenses and make this life-changing experience possible. Your contribution will directly support the opportunity for the care of animals who may not otherwise have access to medical attention, and it will help us gain valuable experience in the field.

Any donation, no matter how small, is greatly appreciated. If you can't donate, please share this page with others who may be interested in supporting this cause. Any excess funds that may be raised will be donated to the All-Pets Hospital (located in Des Moines, IA) emergency fund to help fund the cost of veterinary care for locals that otherwise may not be able to afford it.
