Help support Patrick Kluesner during recovery

Hi, my name is Kelly Wyman and I’m fundraising to help my father, Patrick Kluesner. Since the day I was born I’ve always been daddy’s girl, he was my first love and I’d do anything for him, including swallowing our pride and asking for your help. My dad is a wonderful person, his caring heart is like pure gold. He is the most amazing father and grandpa to his two beautiful granddaughters. He is always there for friends and family whenever they need him and never expects anything in return. He is not good at asking for help and honestly will not be happy that I’ve even started this fundraiser. However, the result of this situation has left him no other option; as it has already been life altering, not just physically but all the resulting fall out impacting career, medical bills and stress.

My dad had back surgery in March 2023, multiple surgeries spanning across multiple days, resulting in a couple week stay in the hospital. He owns his own well drilling business, which is hard labor, so he was unable to work for the time his body needed to heal. He was doing well recovering and slowly started to work again. In July 2023 his knee was hurting him and as the days went by his knee was swelling more and more. I took him to the hospital and discovered he had a staph infection. He ultimately had multiple surgeries to clear out the infection, again resulting in long stays at the hospital. Luckily the doctors were able to get the infection under control but he still has to inject antibiotics 3 times a day for a minimum of 6 weeks. Unable to walk very well and allowing his knee to heal means once again he is unable to work while he recovers.

As you can imagine, this is emotionally stressful and financially this is a big burden. Your donation will help offset costs and provide support during this hard time. We appreciate all the positive thoughts and prayers.
