Help Support Rachel Gabriel & Family

My good friend Rachel Gabriel and her family are going through a very difficult time. Sloane, her 10 month old daughter has had to undergo major tracheal & heart surgery and is at U of M Mott for an extended post-operative course. She has had to be on a ventilator for the last week and hopefully can be extubated soon. Sloane is such a happy, sweet baby, always smiling. Her siblings Kendall, Mason & dog Chloe love playing with her & miss her being at home. Rachel is a nurse practitioner and her husband Jeremy is a schoolteacher. This is and will be a long recovery ahead for Sloane and if you are able to donate to help cover their medical costs, thank you so much.
