We come to you today with a heartfelt plea for help and support as we share the story of Rozlyn and James, a couple who have faced incredible challenges on their journey to parenthood. Their story is one of strength, resilience, and heartbreaking loss, and they need our assistance to overcome the financial burdens that have piled up during this trying time.

Rozlyn and James received the joyful news of expecting their first child, a baby boy who they named Luca, due to join their family in December 2023. However, their happiness was soon met with unexpected and severe health complications that turned their world upside down.

During Rozlyn's pregnancy, she battled intense sickness and discomfort that eventually led to hospitalization. After three agonizing weeks without a clear diagnosis, the doctors finally identified her condition: a combination of Ulcerative Colitis and Crohn's disease. This diagnosis brought extreme inflammation to her gastrointestinal tract, resulting in unbearable pain.

At 21 weeks pregnant, Rozlyn had to make the difficult decision to undergo surgery to remove her entire colon for her own safety and that of her baby. The doctors revealed that her colon had perforated in multiple places, putting her at risk of a life-threatening infection. Heartbreakingly, just three days later, Rozlyn and James received the devastating news that their beloved baby Luca had passed away, leaving them to grapple with unimaginable grief on top of their medical challenges.

As they navigate the aftermath of these traumatic events, Rozlyn remains in the hospital, unable to work and facing mounting medical bills. James has been by her side throughout this time, taking time off work to provide the support she needs during her recovery. The financial strain of medical expenses, coupled with the loss of income, has created an overwhelming burden for this couple who have already endured so much.
