Help Support Summer and her mother

Hi my name is Desiree, I have created this gofundme in the hopes of being able to help one of strongest most selfless people I know to get a little bit of the burden off her shoulders as bills are piling up for this single mother as she has had to take a lot of financial hardships with her daughters medical conditions. My friend Amanda has been battling trying to find answers for her daughter Summer. Originally Summer was diagnosed with what they believed to be depression. Her mother finally thought they had the answers but little did they know the issues went way beyond depression. On her first day of antidepressants, Amanda started noticing Summer have new symptoms and by day 5 she has started experiencing granmal seizures where the ER ignored the issues and made accusations that this innocent child was faking it and that at most it was a severe panic attack and was told not to bring her back to the ER. Day 2 of the seizures she had a seizure lasting 16 minutes and was rushed to Riley hospital for further testing where after three days in the hospital, Summer was diagnosed with a rare condition called FNSD. Due to this new found neurological condition and Summer continuing to have seizures she is missing alot of school and in turn, Amanda, a single mother of her and her brother, is missing work causing a lot of financial hardship. I know this is lengthy but this is sadly a short version of this family's new reality. I know that this is tough time for a lot of people but it would mean the world to this family for all the support of our community even if it is just a special prayer for them.
