Give the gift of Love & Food to the most vulnerable in our community
Sutton Community Project is run by a group of volunteers dedicated to reducing food waste and support the vulnerable in our local community for a better future for all.
We are open every Tuesday from 2-6 pm and welcome around 150 local families each week who collect food boxes as well as enjoy having teas and chatting in our Library Café with our friendly welcoming volunteers!
Since the launch in July 2021, we've been seeing people coming together with a community spirit, looking after each other, picking up a box for someone else in isolation / an elderly / a vulnerable neighbour and helping each other out.
Some who were once being helped by others have become helpers at the centre serving regularly now and enjoy being a part of this community.
We rely on generous one-off and regular/monthly donations from our valued supporters. Your donation, no matter how big or small will support people struggling, putting food on the table, helping with well-being and a making better environment by fighting food waste. Thank you!
