Help support teaching English to kids in Siem Reap, Cambodia

Hi my name is Noah and I have been volunteering at the NDCCO for 3 weeks and I am about to begin my 4th. This school and community is a truly amazing creation and helps improve the lives of so many struggling families in the Siem Reap area.

What does NDCCO do?

NDCCO offers free English lessons and meals to children aged 6 to 17 living in poor communities in Siem Reap. Many of these children live in very challenging conditions, with hunger, poverty and limited access to education. NDCCO aims to give the children a better future. And you can play a big role in that!

Why is your help so important?

The school runs entirely on donations and therefore faces constant challenges to obtain sufficient funding for essentials such as salaries of Cambodian teachers, electricity and water.

The children who need it most are also given a monthly food package to take home. In addition, NDCCO not only helps children, but also other families in need. Think of families who cannot provide for their own maintenance due to illness or old age. For just $30, an entire family can be fed for a month. Your donation can help them get through the month.

The school are also looking to invest more money into getting one part time and one more full time Cambodian teacher as only 3/4 classes normally have one. These teachers are crucial to bridge the gap between the volunteer teachers and the students and are crucial.
