Help support the Balin Family!

I met Chasity through band. Her son, Brenden and my daughter, Cadence are in band together. Chasity’s husband, Nathan Ballin was diagnosed with Colon Cancer. They have 3 children and are expecting another one in November. Chasity works night shift at EMRMC in the sleep study clinic. She is full time but, if someone doesn’t show up for their scheduled study then she has no work and goes home either without pay or must use her PTO time. Chasity only has ONE week of PTO time. After that everything will be unpaid.

Nathan will be unable to work as he undergoes surgeries and treatments. There is a great likelihood that Chasity will have to take FMLA to care for Nathan during his surgery recoveries, treatments, etc. All of Nathan’s surgeries, and procedures will be in Lexington so gas is an additional expense they will have.

Chasity never asked me to do this. I did get her permission first, but again she never asked for any help. All she is asking for are our prayers, many many prayers. I do know that her family would greatly appreciate any help. This will not be an easy journey for them. If you are unable to help financially, please keep this family in your prayers!!
