Help Support the Castagne Family with Medical Bills and Care

Fred and Rebecca Castagne are beloved members of the Ivins, Utah community. Fred has spent the last three years battling melanoma, and has recently been diagnosed with ogliometastatic melanoma in his brain that has traveled through his body-organs, soft tissue, as well as his bones. He is just 44 years young. Fred and his wife Rebecca, have provided care for their 28 year old boy Kendal since he was 4 years old. Kendal is non-verbal requiring 24-hour care and they are the only parents Kendal has ever known. They must maintain a certain level of income in order to stay in the program that helps care for Kendal. Fred works for Ivins City as a building planner and inspector, and has been a tremendous asset to them. He is funny, helpful and kind, and loves to study and learn. We want his last days to not be concerned with medication prices, medical bills, or worried about how Rebecca is going to lose insurance or the boy in their care because of this diagnosis.
