Help support the family of Dan "Foz" Fazio

Dear friends, family, and supporters,

We come to you today with heavy hearts and a plea for assistance. Our beloved friend, Dan Fazio, known affectionately as "Foz," has tragically passed away, leaving behind his loving wife, Jessica Fazio, and their family. Foz was not only a devoted husband, but also a talented DJ for Digital City Underground and 92.3 Xtreme radio, most currently on 94.9 WQMX, and a well-known figure in the Cleveland, Ohio community. He was cherished by everyone he met. He was a doggy daddy, a son, a grandson, an uncle, and a brother to the Cleveland Music Community.

Foz was taken from us by a another driver, driving on the wrong side of the road on 10/28/23. On 10/29/23, his wife was left to grieve their 18th wedding anniversary. Instead of spending time with her husband, she is now planning his funeral.

Foz's sudden departure has left his family in a state of profound grief and uncertainty. In addition to coping with the emotional toll of losing a cherished partner, they now face the daunting challenge of managing day-to-day expenses without his financial support. As many of you know, life can be incredibly difficult and overwhelming when faced with unexpected circumstances, and the burden of financial strain only exacerbates the pain.

That is why we have come together to establish this GoFundMe campaign—to provide a lifeline for the Fazio family during this incredibly trying time. Our goal is to alleviate the financial burden they now face, allowing them to focus on healing and rebuilding their lives without the added stress of worrying about basic necessities.
