IN LOVING MEMORY OF JANNIE KOTZE

It is with heavy hearts that we share the news of Jannie Kotze’s sudden passing. Jannie was a beloved husband, father, family member, friend, coworker, and an integral part of many people’s lives. His warm smile, kind heart, and unwavering support touched everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.
Jannie was a caring husband to Carina and a loving father to his sons who are devastated by his passing this Wednesday. Jannie has always made hard sacrifices for his family. While he and his family reside in South Africa, he works as an H2A truck driver and spends most of the year in the United States. He does this to give his family a better life. Like so many others he said goodbye to his friends and family and made the long trip to the USA to start the 2024 season. His family not knowing it would be the last time they would see him.
Jannie has made many friends over the years working for Walker Farms in the town of Cayuga, Indiana. He will truly be missed by every one of them. Most knew him as the truck driver that loved to wear his cowboy hat and always had a smile on his face.
As we come together to honor Jannie’s memory, we invite you to contribute to this memorial and burial fund. The funds raised will help cover memorial services, and provide support to his grieving family during this difficult time.
